Departure From Marina di Carrara Port

Pick up form Livorno Port – After boarding the minivan, the wine tasting tour begins and takes you through the Tuscan countryside. During the trip our guide will introduce you to the history of the Chianti region and give you information you about the Italian wine regulation and the different wine designations used for identifying wines in Italy (e.g. DOCG, DOC, and IGT).

First Winery in Chianti Region

Upon arrival at the first winery you will be welcomed by the owner/employer, who will share their great passion for wine with you. You will have the possibility to visit the vineyards and the wine cellars and you will taste some of the best wines.. You will be given information about all the tastings during your visit. After this first wine experience, we will continue the tour moving to the next winery.

Second Winery with Light Lunch

We’ll reach the second winery and get the chance learn more about the traditional wine making process. Here you will enjoy a light lunch based on delicious local specialties accompanied by a taste of different regional wines. An extra virgin olive oil tasting is also included.

Return to the port

After visiting the second winery we will take you back to Marina di Carrara Port. We will drop you off in time for departure.

Deposit 50% is required at reservation time, by credit card or paypal (in both case 4% more) in order to guarantee your reservation.
Due payment may be made in cash in EURO the day of the tour.
There will be a full charge to your deposit for bookings canceled less than 48 hours prior or for no-shows.
No charge for cancellations made with at least 48 hours prior notice. If you are interested in proceeding we will send you the complete terms of service upon request.
