Bellaitaliatour organize and conduct tours of the sites included in the program and www.bellaitaliatour.it on the basis of the administrative authorization of the Pisa’s Provence.

The program and the rates are valid for the wrote season and in case of unexpected increases in excess of 10 % of individual costs , resulting from the imposition of new taxes or fees , the fees will be updated and will be notified in writing to the customer. The services included and excluded as well as prices refer to the individual age groups are explicitly mentioned in the catalogue and on the website.

Confirmation of reservation is subject to availability, the languages spoken by the guide, entrance fees to museums and any other accessory to the service.
No penalty is provided for cancellations received in writing to Bellaitaliatour up to 7 days before the start of the tour.

There are two different cancellations policy in base of the kind of Tour.

Small Group Tours:
>48 hours before start tour: No penalty is provided for cancellations received in writing to Bellaitaliatour up to 48 hours before the start of the tour.
<48 hours before start tour: Cancellations communicated to Bellaitaliatour less than 48 hours before the start of the tour are not entitled to any refund.

Private Tours:
>7 days: No penalty is provided for cancellations received in writing to Bellaitaliatour up to 7 days before the start of the tour.
<7 days: Cancellations communicated to Bellaitaliatour less than 7 days before the start of the tour are not entitled to any refund.

Of course no penalty is provided in case of Covid restrictions (means in case Italy or Tuscany don’t allow people to entry in).

Bellaitaliatour reserves the right to cancel , advance or delay the start of a tour or service for operational needs or for reasons of force majeure ( especially in the case of tours that include the use of boats ) that prevent the smooth running of the tour or in the event of failure to reach the minimum number of participants needed . If , due to operational reasons or force majeure ( conditions, strikes , weather conditions, changes in opening / closing of museums, delays or other) Bellaitaliatour were to change the program, we seek to propose alternative routes and / or visits to other museums at no extra charge , giving notice to the client before departure. If , for any reason, Bellaitaliatour has to cancel the tour , the customer is entitled to reimbursement of the sum paid. Bellaitaliatour is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer in relation to the cancelled tour or service (eg, hotels, flights , etc.) .

The tours are always guaranteed in the English and Italian language. French and German is available, subject to the availability of a local guide where required. Smaller groups can be catered for, for an additional cost.

The program of excursions and tours is consistent with the wording established under DL 111/95 , approved by the EEC Directive 90/314. Notwithstanding any clause to the contrary , the contract is governed by the provisions of Law No. 27.12.77 . 1084, in accordance with the ratification and implementation of the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV) .

Acceptance of your booking is subject to the payment between 10% to 30% of the tour.
Bellaitaliatour is not liable for damage caused by third parties or for reasons of force majeure, and is also not responsible for the loss of money or valuables , luggage and other misfortune during the course of the tour. In busy periods entry to museums , despite a reservation , may be delayed. Bellaitaliatour are not liable for such unavoidable delays.

All tours in the catalogue and in programming are covered by insurance for civil liability towards third parties , with ceilings and guarantees provided by the DL 111/95 .

Any complaint must be in writing and sent to Bellaitaliatour no later than 10 working days from the date of execution of the tour.
