The Florentine Risotto is a delicious rice prepared with chicken livers and served with Tuscan pecorino. Find out how to prepare it quickly and easily.
Preparation: quick
Ingredients: onion, oil, rice, tomato sauce, salt, broth, 200 grams of chicken livers, parmesan
Difficulty: easy
Fry lightly some chopped onion in oil.
When it begins to wilt, add the needed quantity of rice, mixing it frequently with a wooden spoon so that it doesn’t stick on the bottom.
Then pour into some tomato sauce, previously prepared and salted, and 1 glass of broth, mix until the rice absorbs it, then leave to cook adding some more broth as soon as the rice gets dry.
Separately lightly sauté 200 g of chicken livers, cut into pieces, in some butter.
A few minutes before the cooking time is over, add the livers to the rice, mix again, sprinkle the lot with grated Parmesan cheese and serve
