DESCRIPTION:

Day 1 – Welcome to Florence!

This is the day you land in Italy, one of the beautiful countries in the world.

At your arrival at the Airport of Florence a private driver will transfer you at the hotel that is located in the city center of Florence.

You will be welcomed at the hotel and get in the possession of the room.

Spend some time to relax after your flight.

In the afternoon you’ll meet the local guide to discover the charming city of Florence.

The walking tour will lead you to the main attractions of the city such as “Piazza della Signoria” with its marvelous statues, “Ponte Vecchio”, a bridge filled with jewelry shops, “Piazza della Repubblica”, the “Duomo” of Florence, which represents the landmark of the city and many other enchanting places.

Visit the “Galleria dell’Accademia”, where you’ll see David, the famous sculpture of Michelangelo but also the rest of the exhibits which consists in great works of art.

After that you’ll have some free time to spend it the way you please.

In the evening have dinner in one of the many restaurants in Florence, where you can taste the traditional Italian dishes.

Day 2 – Cooking class in Florence

Enjoy the delicious breakfast at the hotel with a cup of Italian espresso or a creamy cappuccino.

Italia is famous for its delicious and simple food, so you’ll get the chance to take part at a unique experience, a cooking class in Florence.

The person in charge with the cooking class will be waiting for you in the lobby and together you’ll visit the farmers market to buy some fresh local ingredients.

The Chef will guide you into the culinary art so watch and learn how the Italian flavorful meals are cooked.

For lunch, you’ll eat the traditional dishes that you prepared.

The afternoon is free for relax, shopping or other activities on your own. You may want to buy a souvenir to remember the wonderful time spent in Florence.

In the evening, you can dine at a new restaurant in the city center.

Day 3 – Wine Tasting with Sommelier in the heart of Tuscany

After you’ll eat the breakfast at the hotel, prepare to leave Florence for other beautiful days spent in the most amazing region of Italy, Tuscany.

The driver will escort you to a new accommodation in the heart of Tuscany.

Take the time to admire the landscape filled with rolling hills, cypress trees and vineyards.

Prepare to be amazed by the typical taste of the regional wine and food.

For the first stop on your tour you will be visiting a winery, where you you’ll taste the delicious Tuscan wine paired with some tasty local cheese.

The tour continues to another cellar, where you will eat a light lunch accompanied by a good regional wine.

The Sommelier will share with you some valuable information about the wine making secrets and tradition.

The second part of the day is dedicated to Panzano, where you will taste the famous Cecchini Panini.

End the day with a dinner at the farm.

Day 4: Montalcino and Montepulciano Tour

You will have the breakfast at the accommodation.

Start the day visiting two impressive medieval towns: Montalcino and Montepulciano.

Montalcino is a lovely destination, of stunning views, known for the production of the world famous wine, Brunello di Montalcino.

This is a must-see place for wine lovers.

At Montalcino you will visit the fortress and stop for a wine tasting at a typical local cellar.

The driver will take you to the next stop at Montepulciano. This medieval town offers some great panoramic views over the green hills of Tuscany.

Take a walk on the beautiful streets, visit the underground town and admire the local shops.

After you visited this amazing locations, you’ll end the day with a dinner at the farmhouse.

Day 5: Siena, San Gimignano and gelato

You will eat the breakfast at the accommodation.

This day is dedicated to Siena and San Gimignano.

You will be visiting Siena with a local guide who will show you all the important attractions of the city.

Discover Piazza del Campo, a shell-shaped square and the place where the famous Palio horse race takes place. After that, go inside the Cathedral of Siena, a Renaissance masterpiece.

Leave Siena behind and go at your next stop, San Gimignano.

The town is also known as the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages” because of its medieval towers that makes it a unique destination.

While visiting San Gimignano, eat a “gelato”, the delicious Italian ice cream.

At the end of the day, enjoy a beautiful experience, eating a typical Tuscan dinner at a vineyard.

Day 6: Truffle hunting, San Miniato and Vinci

After you’ll eat another delicious breakfast at the accommodation, the driver will transfer you at the “Villa” for the next two nights, where you will discover another part of Tuscany countryside.

First stop is at San Miniato, where you will take part at a unique experience, participating at a truffle hunting.

The town is famous for its white truffles, a local delicacy.

To complete your experience, you will have a tasting and the lunch there.

Discover the medieval town of San Miniato, taking a walk around the historical city center.

Another beautiful town nearby is Vinci, the hometown of the famous artist Leonardo da Vinci.

This tiny place preserves the memory of Leonardo and celebrates his life and his work.

After the trip to Vinci, the day will end with dinner.

Day 7: Pisa and Lucca

After you eat the breakfast at the accommodation, you will be spending the day discovering another two amazing cities in Tuscany.

First, the local guide will show you Pisa, a city that is rich in art and history.

Discover the romantic streets among the Arno river, take photos on the beautiful bridge “Ponte di Mezzo” and visit the beautiful square “Piazza dei Cavalieri”.

Pisa is famous for the Leaning Tower and you’ll get the chance to visit it and go all the way to the top to admire the view.

After a half hour drive, you’ll arrive at Lucca, another lovely destination.

Visit Lucca, “The city of a hundred churches” with the local guide who will show the main attractions found between the ancient walls of the historical city.

Next, you will be visiting a cellar, learn more about the wine making process and taste a good Tuscany wine at sunset,

The last day of your journey will end with a tasty dinner.

Day 8: Arrivederci!

On your last day, eat the breakfast at the accommodation and prepare for departure.

The driver will be waiting for you to drop you off at the Airport.

Say goodbye to Italy with a luggage full of amazing experiences.

- Deposit 40% (plus 4% for fee for credit card or nothing with wire transfer) will be made 180 days before tour.

Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled, cancellation charges set out below will be applicable.
Cancellation must be in writing, and the person who made the booking must sign the letter.
Cancellation fees are based on the date on which we receive the written notice of cancellation:
90 days or more before departure: refund 100%
89/60 days before departure: refund 80%
59/30 days before departure: refund 50%
29/0 days before departure: any refund
Departure date/no show: any refund

If you wish to cancel your booking due to a FORCE MAJEURE, in the event of Foreign & Commonwealth Office Travel Advice restrictions, we highly recommend, in the first instance, considering the option of transferring your trip to an alternative date, and where applicable, only the difference in the vacation costs would apply. In the other case or in case is not possible to postpone the date of tour, we will refund 100%

Bellaitaliatour reserves the right to cancel, advance or delay the start of a tour or service for operational needs or for reasons of force majeure (in case is not sure the safety and health of the group) that prevent the smooth running of the tour.
If, due to operational reasons or force majeure (conditions, strikes, weather conditions, changes in opening/closing of museums, delays or other) Bellaitaliatour where to change the program, we seek to propose alternative routes and/or visits to other museums at no extra charge, giving notice to the client before departure. If, for any reason, (Covid-19 firstly) Bellaitaliatour has to cancel the tour, the customer is entitled to reimbursement of the sum paid.
