First of all, our driver will pick up you directly from your hotel or your accommodation in Lucca to reach an exclusive farmhouse in the heart of Tuscany.
Once arrived in the farmhouse, fully surrounded by the beauty of the Tuscan hills, you will meet our chef, who will be happy to introduce you to the Italian cuisine. You will feel like home and enjoy your time here! Only fresh and organic ingredients will be used during our Cooking Class in a Tuscan Farmhouse from Lucca.
Prepare a Full Menu, From the Appetizers to the Dessert
Your cooking class will start by picking some fresh seasonal ingredients directly from the garden, surrounded by nature by rows of olive trees. You will use fresh tomatoes, vegetables and also some aromatic herbs (you will need them for the pasta sauce). Fresh ingredients are the basis in a genuine Italian recipe.
After that, you will be introduced to the art of Italian cooking. The chef will show you how combine teh different ingredients to create real Italian handmade fresh pasta with fresh eggs. So you will master how to prepare “waving” tagliatelle, “round” gnocchi or delicious ravioli, recipes that you will easily re-create at home for your family and friends. You will also learn how to prepare an authentic meat sauce, made with fresh tomatoes.
The cooking lesson is suitable for beginners and for those who already like testing themselves with cooking.
After preparing the main course, it’s time for a very special dessert, the well-known tiramisù. Our chef will share with you his own recipe. You will look forward to cooking it for your guests, once back home!

Lunch in the Farmhouse with the dishes you prepared
At the end of the cooking class you will finally enjoy the lunch you prepared with our chef. According to the tradition, it is important to combine your lunch with some Tuscan red wine.
There will be a English speaker assistant from our staff throughout the session at your disposal, so that you can fully enjoy your experience at the Farmhouse. Upon request you can have assistance in German, Spanish and French.
