and more delicious traditional appetizers.
The attention we put on the wine production is the same we put on the food research.
All the food paired with the wines is local food. Every product is produced by little local artisans from the famous Garfagnana Mountain or Terricciola area, where the traditions are still respected and well conserved. You will taste only traditional and local tuscan foods. We personally check every single product in order to guarantee the highest quality.
Only real italian food from italian people, not commercial products.
An Exclusive Selection of 5 Tuscan Wines
The most notorious wines of this area are Sangiovese and Trebbiano Toscano, respectively in the red and white wine variations. Apart of these excellent wines, these lands are plenty of vineyards of local red varieties Ciliegiolo and Colorino, as well as the Bordeaux trio of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
You will never taste so many good wines at once. You’ll be really delighted.
After a relaxing afternoon tasting good food and wines, we will return to your accommodation, passing through the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
This is both a fun and relaxing way to spend the day, with real Italians sharing their traditional way of life with you.
