Bellaitaliatour Boat Trips organizes and conducts visits to the sites included in the program and www.bellaitaliatour.it/gite/ on the basis of the administrative authorization of the Province of Pisa.
Program and rates are valid for the written season and in the event of unexpected increases of more than 10% of the individual costs, resulting from the imposition of new taxes or commissions, the rates will be updated and will be communicated in writing to the customer.
The included and excluded services as well as the prices referring to the single age groups are explicitly mentioned in the catalog and on the website. Booking confirmation is subject to availability, the languages spoken by the guide, entrance tickets to any museums and any other accessory to the service.
Cancellation
No penalty for cancellations received in writing to Bellaitaliatour up to 14 days before the start of the tour.
A 50% fee applies for cancellations received 14 days to 7 days in advance.
Cancellations communicated to Bellaitaliatour less than 7 days before the start of the tour will be not refunded. Likewise, no refunds will be granted to any customer who is not present at the tour departure point at the established time.
IMPORTANT: The program is to be considered indicative and in any case subject to variations based on WEATHER CONDITIONS Within 24 hours before the tour you will receive a confirmation regarding the weather conditions. In case of bad weather, the tour can be moved to a date to be agreed with the owner and the client according to mutual availability. In case of inability to perform the tour on a feasible and safe date (in weather terms), 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Bellaitaliatour reserves the right to cancel, anticipate or delay the start of a tour or service for operational needs or for reasons of force majeure (especially in the case of tours involving the use of boats) that prevent the regular running of the tour or in case of failure to reach the minimum number of participants necessary (group tour).
If, for operational reasons or force majeure (conditions, strikes, weather conditions, changes in the opening / closing of museums, delays or other) Bellaitaliatour should change the program, we try to propose alternative routes without any supplement, notifying the customer before departure. If for any reason Bellaitaliatour were to cancel the tour, the customer has the right to a refund of the amount paid.
Bellaitaliatour is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the customer in relation to the canceled tour or service (eg hotels, flights, etc.). Tours are always guaranteed in English and Italian. French and German are available on request
The program of excursions and tours is consistent with the provisions of Legislative Decree 111/95, approved by EEC Directive 90/314. Without prejudice to any contrary clause, the contract is governed by the provisions of Law no. 27.12.77. 1084, in accordance with the ratification and implementation of the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV).
The acceptance of the reservation is subject to the payment of the deposit. Bellaitaliatour is not responsible for damage caused by third parties or for reasons of force majeure, and is also not responsible for the loss of money or valuables, luggage and other misfortunes during the tour.
During peak periods, the entrance to any museums, despite the reservation, could be delayed. Bellaitaliatour is not responsible for such unavoidable delays.
All the tours in the catalog and in the program are covered by third party liability insurance, with ceilings and guarantees provided for by DL 111/95.
Each complaint must be in writing and sent to Bellaitaliatour no later than 10 working days from the date of the tour.
